Diving gloves serve the same purpose as ordinary gloves—they keep your hands warm and protected. There isn’t much to it when deciding which dive gloves to get other than preference. Some types of gloves to choose from are Five Finger Gloves, which come in a variety of thicknesses depending on the temperature of water you will be diving in. There is also the Mitten (Lobster Claw) that keeps your hands warm and very well protected. The other style is the Dry Glove which keeps your hands dry and often used with a Dry suit in very cold waters.
