Dive Computers allow you to dive deeper and stay down for longer because it monitors your time, depth, oxygen, and just about anything else you could possibly need. Scuba computers are available in different styles and features. Like a lot of other gear, the more features available the more expensive it will be. Computers come Air-Integrated—which will monitor your tank pressure, remaining air, and bottom time. They can do this by plugging into a hose or wirelessly using a Transmitter. The other type of Dive Computer is the Stand alone which does not record that info and requires a pressure gauge. Then there are styles to consider: Wrist or Hose Mount? Metric or Imperial?
