Sealife is making taking great underwater photographs easy for all levels of scuba divers and snorkelers by introducing the DC1400 Digital Underwater Camera with HD Video. Easily Sealife’s most advanced and feature packed product to date, the DC1400 uses large “Piano Key” controls, for easy operation, a rubber armored, shock resistant coating on the housing, and is depth tested to 60 meters. The internal camera boasts a new HD Video mode that allows the diver to record continuous High Definition Video with sound, a 14 megapixel CCD for sharp, high-resolution pictures and a 26mm Wide Angle lens that eliminates the need for the external wide angle lens used by previous models.
Other important features include the Super Macro Auto Focus that allows the diver to focus all the way down to 2.5cm and 25x Zoom. With the large 7.62cm LCD screen and optical image stabilization and up to 26 different pre-set scene modes, the diver will be able to see exactly what they are shooting and be assured that it will appear the same in the image. Powered by a rechargeable, 700mAh Lithium battery designed to last up to 2 hours/200+ pictures, the camera has enough power to last through an average 2 tank dive. Travelling divers will be excited to learn that all these features are packed into a camera and housing set that weighs in at 504 grams.
The Sealife DC1400 has made taking high quality images underwater as simple and easy as it can be giving scuba divers and snorkelers the opportunity to share their adventures again and again.
