Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver products via AusPost Eparcel and Eparcel Express. Details are provided below.

Shipping Costs within Australia

1. Standard Shipping - flat $10* fee per order, or free for orders over $500
2. Next Day - flat $20* fee per order, or $10* for orders over $500

* Exceptions: There is an extra shipping surcharge for some large Akona bags which is indicated next to the product.

Delivery Timeframe within Australia

Non-Ship Days: Note the following holidays which will affect shipping times:

Orders received before midday EST will be dispatched on the same day, orders received after midday will be dispatched on the next business day. We ship with AusPost and standard orders will take 2-6 days to arrive and ship from our warehouse in Smithfield, NSW. Next Day orders generally arrive the next day, but can take a day or two longer for rural areas (you know who you are).

We will pass on any special shipping instructions to AusPost but it is up to their discretion when it comes to package delivery
